  8. MvPSF is designed to give PostScript fonts and metric files a decent name based
  9. on their PostScript name defined by the 'FontName' attribute. Currently it
  10. works only with type 1 fonts either in binary form (PFB) or in downloadable
  11. form (PFA) and with metrics files (AFM and AMFM).

  13. Version 1.5 now process the Master Metrics files use in Multiple Masters
  14. technology.
